Never had a better trip before, everything was nice. The location was great and unbeatable to the Jungle and met requirements. Moreover, it was right by about a mile long hike to another boat as well as the river.

Beautiful hotel, we had an amazing room with a magnificent view. The staff was lovely, kept everything clean and great. The location was great and pleasant and walking distance to a national park and a mangrove. The property was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the clean and well-equipped bungalow that we stayed in. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to shops and restaurants.

The lighting in the bungalow was very poor, making it difficult to see and complete daily activities such as shaving and flossing. We found the package tours to be overpriced and not worth the value.

The staff in that resort was very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good and cheap. The resort is in the middle of the jungle that's just awesome. You can book every tour and shuttle service you want-the ladies will help you with that. We left one day earlier and got the money back for that night we already paid before. That wasn't a problem at all.

Due to the rain season we had fungi in our room. But I guess that is just normal with such a humidity outside and air conditioning inside.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and willing to please. Good, well priced food at the resort and easy access to the park. Free wifi.

Its in the middle of the rain forest and as such quiet an experience. the rooms are simple but clean. more cannot be expected for the price. The staff is exceptionally helpfull.
